We are confident the quality of our merchandise will meet your expectations. If you are not satasfied with your purchase, we promise a refund, credit or exchange.
PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
We make every effort to keep all of our garments in stock, but occasionally demand exceeds our supply. Most of our items are made exclusively for us and may require considerable time to be produced and printed. We thank you for your patience.
EXCHANGE AND RETURNS
If you wish to exchange or return an item, simply send it to: Sabaku Inc., P.O. Box 32105, Tucson Arizona 85751, and we will send you a replacement item free of shipping or credit your account the value of the item. We cannot accept shirts that have been worn, laundered or have had the sewn in tags removed. Please call us if you have any questions regarding this policy.
SALES TAX
For Orders Shipped within Arizona add 9.1% sales tax.
SHIPPING INFORMATION
Shipping charges include packaging and courier charges. The one time shipping rate includes backorders and even exchanges for items of equal or lesser value.
- $40.00 & under - $6.50
- $40.01-$80.00 - $9.00
- $80.01-$120.00 - $13.00
- $120.01-$200.00 - $16.00
- $200.01-$300.00 - $19.00
- $300.01> - $21.00
- 3 Day service add $10.00 per address per shipment to the above one time shipping charges.
- 2nd Day Air add $16.00 per address per shipment to the above one time shipping charges.
- Express Overnight add $24.00 per address per shipment to the above one time shipping charges.
3 Day, 2nd Day Air, and Express Overnight orders must be placed no later than 10:00am MST, Monday- Friday. Please note that if all of the items are not available at once, only the first order will be expedited unless otherwise requested.

WHOLESALER APPLICATION AND ORDERS
Please see form to the right. If you have already setup an account with Sabaku, please enter your Customer ID number to bring up an ordering form. If you do not know the Customer ID password, please call Sabaku at 1-888-577-0255 or emailsabaku@sabakuart.com
WHOLESALER TERMS AND CONDITIONS
COD or credit card on first order. Net 30 terms are available on subsequent orders with prior approval. Sabaku requires that a state resale tax ID number be provided before an order is shipped. Without such documentation, sales tax will be applied to all orders. One and one-half percent finance charge per month on all past due accounts. A $45.00 handling change will be invoiced for any check returned. All designs are protected by US copyright laws as Nancy E. Lenches for Sabaku, Inc.
MINIMUMS
Minimum opening order is $300.00. Opening order requirements are 6 pieces per design. Minimum reorder quantity is $100.00. Assorted designs and body styles may be combined to meet minimums.
SHIPPING
All orders will ship on an as ready basis with a three week start and a six week
CANCELLATIONS
All cancellations must be received in writing at least thirty days prior to scheduled ship date.
RETURNS
Defective goods may be returned for credit within five days of receipt with a return authorization issued by Sabaku, Inc.
CUSTOM NAME DROP
The minimum order is three dozen at no additional charge. For orders less than 36 pieces please add $0.50 per unit plus a one time $15.00 set-up charge. Name drops are printed on the left sleeve (See example below). Customer can provide CAMERA READY artwork for the namedrop. A fifty percent prepay is required with new accounts for a custom name drop.
